Seeking to add comprehensive career transition technology to supplement their outplacement consulting services in order to remain competitive.

Faced with a large-scale RFP, this firm wanted to develop career transition technology to maintain a strong competitive position and be best in their market. They not only needed technology for their candidates, but they needed administrative technology tools to support their business processes, and a new company website as well.

Insala's specific challenge: offer a comprehensive technology solution that could be quickly implemented, easily customized, integrated into a new website for the firm. . . and at an affordable price.

Insala’s solution was exactly what the firm was seeking. It was already developed, and at a price the firm could afford and grow with. Insala worked with Goodrich & Sherwood to customize the solution to meet their business needs, while at the same time integrating it into the firm’s new website designed by Insala. Going into the process there were many things the firm wasn’t sure about, and many areas they didn’t initially know which way to go. They sought Insala’s guidance. Insala not only provided Goodrich & Sherwood with a technology solution, but Insala provided advice relating to various topics including what language to use in the sales process and how to craft training programs for the firm’s counselors and candidates.

Goodrich & Sherwood Associates was ready to go to market with a full-fledged technology platform within a matter of weeks enabling them to service clients the way they need to and compete against larger firms.

Insala’s ready-to-go solution allowed the firm to quickly reduce their anticipated time to market. Shortly after launch they presented a RFP to a large client in the telecommunications industry. Winning the business, the firm was able to service all of the client’s employees in various locations using Insala’s technology coupled with the firm’s consulting staff. This web-based solution/opportunity would not have been available to the firm prior to their implementation of the Insala solution. This technology platform has allowed Goodrich & Sherwood to expand the services they offer their clients.
